We’re all about delicious wines that you want to share with friends, or enjoy with your feet up at the end of the day. We feel Rosé does just that, it doesn’t take itself too seriously and is oh-so shareable. We make ours fresh, dry and delicious! 2018 blessed us with some delicious bio-dynamic Cinsault grapes, along with organic old vine Grenache from thoughtful Barossa growers.
The blend in this wine is about 50/50 Grenache/Cinsault with the Grenache picked early to keep it light and fresh. We whole bunch pressed each component, and a wild barrel ferment followed, keeping in with our minimal thumbprint philosophy. A little lees stirring love for texture and mouthfeel before natural cold settling.
A dry-style Rosé that is all flowers and fruit. Soft rose petal, strawberry and nectarine and fresh acidity. It’s perfectly paired to sunny afternoons.
